Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. is the country's top residential condominium developer for the mid-income segment. An affiliate of Megaworld Corporation, Empire East Land Holdings Inc was registered and incorporated with Securities and Exchange Commission on July 15, 1994.
The company develops and sells affordable housing units ranging from single detached family units, low rise to high rise condominiums. In addition, the company also develops commercial and office spaces.
With almost 100 towers built and over 14,000 units sold, Empire East boasts of solid brand image and track record with 100% project completion rate.
Humble Beginnings
Empire East began as the Community Housing Division of Megaworld Corporation, which was responsible for the development of affordable mass housing projects, sales of residential lots andsale/lease of both commercial and industrial space.
In July 1994 Megaworld management decided to separate its core business into developing high-end residences and offices for high-end market and middle-income housing communities for mid-market. Thus, Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. was established to cater to the much broader market which is the mid-income market.
Since then Empire East never ceased to fulfill its mission of being a dymanic builder of communities that offer a better life to more and more Filipino families.

Prior to incorporation, Empire East Land Holdings, Inc. (EELHI) was the Community Housing Division of Megaworld. Currently, the Company is overseeing the development of its township development – Laguna Bel-Air IV and The Cambridge Village, and the management of its completed projects Xavier Hills, California Garden Square,Little Baguio Gardens, Central Business Park, Governors Place, San Francisco Gardens, Gilmore Heights, Kingswood, Pasadena Heights, Greenhills Garden Square and Laguna Bel Air I, II and III. These projects are in various stages of construction, development and marketing.
